Start with these steps to check the operating and files system:

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

1) sfc /scannow

2) dism /online /cleanup-image /Scanhealth

3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

4) chkdsk /scan

How to Spot Spam / Fishing Emails

Below you have an email that has many signs of it not being legitimate. The 4 most obvious ones are:

Do NOT open Links with in Emails / Understand & Recognize a Dangerous "Link"


Below are examples of a "link" and then a URL, both go to the same general website of Banco Popular.

Below is the same looking link from above, but it destination is disguised to go to AEE general website. This is the most common and dangerous trick used my scammers.

Do NOT open Attachments within Emails


Do not open email attachments from an unknown, suspicious, or untrustworthy source. If you're not familiar with the sender, do not open, download, or execute any files or email attachments. Do not open an email attachment unless you know what it is, even if it appears to come from a friend or someone you know.
